Americans tend to build wealth at the expense of their health. They earn it now, but spend it later in massive medical bills due to the lack of work-health balance throughout their career. Additionally, since the 1900’s, mainstream medicine has done little to decrease mortality rates if you discount infectious diseases. Dr. Peter Attia in his famous “Outlive – The Science & Art of Longevity” book released in 2023, describes this as Medicine 2.0. Medicine 2.0 pops a pill or performs surgery to make everything better and then charges Americans exorbitant insurance premiums. CityFit embraces Medicine 3.0, as Dr. Peter Attia names it, where the goal is “to not patch people up and get them out the door, removing their tumors and hoping for the best, but rather to prevent the tumors in the first place…or to avoid the first heart attack….or to divert someone from Alzheimer’s disease.” Medicine 3.0 is about prevention, which is the best medicine, and CityFit has built its programs around it. We are flipping the paradigm and encouraging you to invest in your health now, so you can save in the long-run and not end up as another statistic per the above.

Founding certified-personal-trainer Rebecca Bennett will hack your body and work with you to create a customized health and fitness program for any stage of life that meets your individual needs and goals.

- CityFit offers convenience and privacy. Whether you are a busy individual that wants to remove their gym commute or prefer to workout in a more private setting, we are it! We can bring the gym to you helping our clients say goodbye to excuses and hello to amazing bodies and lifestyles. We train in home gyms or take your workout outdoors. We also offer virtual training as well as train clients in our very own studio.
